- Remove all old ironmongery
- Remove weights from box
- Remove excess paint from box & Clean up
- Inspect case for rot and repair accordingly
- Sand upper and lower sashes
- Replace missing putty
- Re rope windows in a cord of your choice
- Install draughtproofing system to sashes and case
- Install new parting bead with brush machined in
- Rake out & fill pointing gap and re point with linseed sand mastic
- Upper windows will receive easy clean system
- New double glazed units can be installed in to existing frames
- All renovations will receive full superior ironmongery set
